Jo Lucy is Executive Director at Riverside Housing Association, leading IT, HR, Business Intelligence and corporate change. She has a long history of working with local schools. Her previous roles include chair of governors for Boughton Heath and Vice Chair of CAT.

Andrew is qualified in Earth Sciences to post-graduate level and is a director of two limited companies providing consultancy and analytical work for hydrocarbon exploration and production, mineral extraction and civil engineering companies worldwide.
An experienced Chair of Governors, Andrew’s interests are based around finance and budgeting, effective use of Pupil Premium and SEND, as well as the more general role of providing support and challenge to the SLT and HT in particular. Andrew is also the Treasurer for the Cheshire West Governance Association.

Nick retired as a Chief Inspector from Cheshire Police in 2011. Since then he has undertaken a number of voluntary sector governance roles including:
A governor with the NHS Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Trust.
Governor at Kelsall Primary School where he sat on both the Teaching and Learning and Resources (finance) committees before being elected as Chair of Governors. Nick stood down in 2018 after serving two terms of office.
Is currently a trustee with a local brain injury charity, Head Injured People in Cheshire, having been in this role since 2011. One of his responsibilities as the nominated Secretary is to ensure members are informed of the work of trustees to ensure the charity is meeting its strategic goals and objectives.

Terence is retired after having served 44 years in the Education Department with Cheshire County Council where he was Senior Business Manager with responsibility for the delivery of all support services.
Terence has significant governance experience having served as a governor at Kelsall Primary School where he was Vice Chair of Governors and Chair of the Finance and Resources Committee. He was Chair of Kelsall Parish Council for eight years and has held a number of governance roles with the Cheshire County Football Association, Sports Cheshire and Mid Cheshire District Football Association. He is currently a member of the Kelsall Community Centre committee with responsibility for upgrading and improving the facilities to ensure access to all members of the community.
A former trustee at Cheshire Academies Trust, Alison Ashley has been Head Teacher at Hebden Green for seven years. Over this time the school has been awarded Outstanding in both its school and social care OFSTED inspections. Alison is a Director of CITA teaching school and works regionally and nationally to improve the outcomes for pupils with SEND. She also leads a national and strategic SEND group.

Peter has a professional background in planning, property development and urban regeneration having worked in the public and private sectors and as a freelance consultant. Experienced in strategy and visioning he also focuses on implementation through strong programme and project management.
Peter served as a governor in a primary school for 7 years of which he was Chair for 4 years during which time he oversaw significant changes to the management of the school and in outcomes for children. The Governing Body work was recognised by the NGA through an Outstanding Governance Award in 2019.
