Peter has a professional background in planning, property development and urban regeneration having worked in the public and private sectors and as a freelance consultant. Experienced in strategy and visioning he also focuses on implementation through strong programme and project management.
Peter served as a governor in a primary school for 7 years of which he was Chair for 4 years during which time he oversaw significant changes to the management of the school and in outcomes for children. The Governing Body work was recognised by the NGA through an Outstanding Governance Award in 2019.

Over a long career that has focused primarily on Information Technology, Banking, Utilities and Consultancy, Geoff has worked across many organisations, large and small, in the UK, across most European countries and in North America.
Geoff has coached many senior managers on business change and effective leadership and have extended this at times, to teach at several Sixth Form Colleges and Universities.
Now semi-retired Geoff took the opportunity a few years ago to become a Governor at Manor Park School in Knutsford where he used his experiences of management, leadership, coaching, strategic planning, finances and communication.
